I've been in business for many years and have encountered all kinds of business people since entering the business world when I got out of the Navy in July of 1982. The author of this book, Tom Faught, epitomizes the ethical executive. I've met Tom personally and had many phone conversations with thim. My wife would tell you that I am kind of a prickly bastard and that I don't like a lot of people (which is true). But I like Tom--more importantly I respect him.

In his book he gives some of the best advice I have seen in over 25 years of reading all types of business books--dozens if not hundreds of them to educate myself to become a better business person and how to create more opportunities for me and my family. 

I wish I had read this book 25 years ago, 20 years ago, 10 years ago, 5 years ago --- there is so much in it worth learning even for an experienced business person. If you're just entering the business world--it contains priceless information and guidance on how to build an ethical career that has staying power and rewards you on many levels.
